What are the steps for a pre purchase car inspection with Kiwiz ?
1. Before the inspection
We are available in Quebec and Ontario.
Make sure he agrees to let the inspector do a test drive (if he refuses, it's probably a bad sign).
If the CARFAX report is not offered by the seller, we recommend purchasing it here. The inspector will then have more information in his hands.
2. Reservation
If you have a CARFAX report, you may insert it. If you have a special request for the inspection, you can tell the inspector.
Then make the payment online, and here we go!
You will receive an email indicating which inspector has accepted your mission.
3. Car Inspection
The inspector will make an appointment within 48 hours with the seller. You will receive the date and time of the inspection by email.
The inspector will travel to the car (private or dealer) to inspect it.
4. Purchase decision
The inspector will call you at the end of the inspection to debrief you, advise you on the purchase, and answer your questions.
Within one hour of the inspection, you will receive the inspection report by email.

Twenty years in the Canadian Armed Forces, 13 of which were spent in the Special Forces, allowed Marc to specialize in the repair of vehicles of all manufacturers: Japanese, German and North American cars no longer hold any secrets for him. François is a multi-skilled Inspector, currently working as a Service Manager at a Japanese dealership. He has an entire career in the automotive industry. He went through positions from Parts Clerk to Service Manager to General Manager of a multi-make shop. He is committed to helping as many people as possible with a safe and confident purchase!
Steve is an accomplished Technician with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. He is currently a Master Technician for a Korean brand dealership. He is in charge of all car diagnostics and shares his results directly with the brand's engineers. Absolutely passionate, he was also a Technician for several NASCAR teams.
After several years of working for a major Japanese brand, Renaud turned to purchasing advice to help people buy a car.
The automobile is a passion in his family and he works hard to satisfy all his customers. In its Kiwiz inspection mandates, he will put all his knowledge and know-how to provide you with the best service.
Ryan has 17 years of automotive and mechanical repair experience with Toyota, Honda and Hyundai. He has also worked as a service advisor and parts manager for dealerships. He also maintains a fleet of city buses (diesel, hybrid and electric), and is trained in truck mechanics. In short, an excellent inspector!
